Suntuitive glass reacts to the warmth of direct sunlight, gradually increasing its tint. The bright sunlight is partially blocked, resulting in a pleasant amount of light entering the building. As soon as the direct sunlight disappears, the glass becomes clear again. This ensures optimum use of daylight. As the intensity of the sunlight increases, the glass becomes darker, reducing the solar heat in a building.

Prime examples of Suntuitive glass installations include Royal Theater Carré in Amsterdam, the glass façades of the Pleijsier Bouw headquarters in Nijkerk, the windows of Wendy’s restaurant and the observation windows of the CN Tower in Toronto, Canada.
